Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • able to lift heavy boxes up to approximately 25 lbs
  • able to bend for accessing low areas and handling items
  • able to reach for accessing high areas and restocking ingredients
  • able to squat for accessing low areas
  • able to pull items or equipment when needed
  • manual dexterity to type, interact with systems, handle tools including knives, thermometers, POS systems, and cleaning tools
  • physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
  • able to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and cleaning
  • physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak times
  • coordination to balance, multitask, and handle bulky items in tight spaces
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between areas

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
  • team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
  • passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and assembling ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately ensuring proper portions and presentation
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace following food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
  • communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and workplace safety
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards ensuring food safety and order accuracy
  • efficiently manage multiple tasks during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
