Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, pull, and perform repetitive motions
- Manual dexterity to handle tools such as knives, thermometers, and POS systems
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and use equipment
- Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
- Team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
- Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed throughout service and prep shifts
- Use clear verbal cues for team communication to ensure coordination and safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food is prepared to standard, handling allergens and preventing cross-contamination
- Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities during peak hours
