Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift heavy boxes up to approximately 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, and pull to access and handle various items
- Manual dexterity for typing, using tools, and interacting with systems like POS
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and use equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, cleaning, and assembling
- Physical endurance to maintain energy during long shifts and peak periods
- Good coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items
- Standing and walking for extended periods while moving between work areas

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Prep food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately according to recipe and presentation standards
- Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace following food safety guidelines
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and allergen protocols to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
