Job Requirements

  • must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • lifting including heavy boxes up to approximately 25 lbs
  • bending to access low areas and handle items
  • reaching to access high areas and handle items including building salads and restocking ingredients
  • squatting to access low areas and handle items
  • pulling to manage tasks requiring pulling items or equipment
  • manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, handling tools such as knives, thermometers, and POS systems, and managing cleaning tools
  • physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
  • repetitive motions including typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
  • physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
  • coordination involving balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • portion, mix, squeeze, chop, and prep ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during service and prep shifts
  • use clear verbal cues to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food is prepared to standard and handle allergens appropriately
  • manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
