Job Requirements
- must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- lifting including heavy boxes up to approximately 25 lbs
- bending to access low areas and handle items
- reaching to access high areas and handle items including building salads and restocking ingredients
- squatting to access low areas and handle items
- pulling to manage tasks requiring pulling items or equipment
- manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, handling tools such as knives, thermometers, and POS systems, and managing cleaning tools
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
- repetitive motions including typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
- physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- coordination involving balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- portion, mix, squeeze, chop, and prep ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during service and prep shifts
- use clear verbal cues to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food is prepared to standard and handle allergens appropriately
- manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
