Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 25 lbs
- Capability to bend, squat, and reach to handle items
- Manual dexterity to operate tools, kitchen equipment, and POS systems
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as chopping and cleaning

- Coordination to balance and multitask in tight spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately following portion and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, thermometers, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members using clear verbal cues for safety and coordination
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards ensuring order accuracy and allergen protocols
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently especially during peak hours
