Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift heavy boxes up to 25 lbs
- Capable of bending, reaching, squatting, pulling
- Manual dexterity to handle tools, type, and interact with POS systems
- Physical mobility including navigating stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
- Ability to perform repetitive motions like chopping and cleaning
- Physical endurance for long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination and multitasking skills to handle bulky items safely

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- Use clear communication for team coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and handle allergens to ensure order accuracy
- Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
