Job Requirements
- must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- lifting, handling items including heavy boxes up to approximately 25 lbs
- bending for accessing low areas and handling items
- reaching for accessing high areas and handling items including building salads and restocking ingredients
- squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
- pulling tasks requiring moving items or equipment
- manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, handling tools including knives, thermometers, POS systems, and cleaning tools
- physical mobility for navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- repetitive motions such as typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
- physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- coordination for balance, multitasking, handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- portion, mix, squeeze, chop, and prep ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly and efficient service
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed throughout service and prep shifts
- use clear verbal communication for team coordination and workplace safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food is prepared to standard preventing cross-contamination
- efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities during peak hours
