Job Duties
- Greet customers, providing a best-in-class customer experience from hello to goodbye
- Provide information on menu options and Sweetgreen's food ethos
- Learn the menu and ingredients thoroughly
- Prepare hot and cold food items for frontline and online orders
- Safely operate kitchen tools and utensils
- Follow food safety standards and maintain clean workstations throughout shifts
- Maintain dishwashing area, receive and restock orders, and assist with kitchen tasks as necessary
- Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
