Job Duties
- Lead the team helping and guiding team members to perform their jobs well
- teach and motivate team members to improve
- greet guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- take orders and quickly resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- monitor food preparation to ensure quality and presentation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during shifts
- solve operational problems and communicate significant issues to the General Manager
- stand on your feet for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- bend and twist frequently
