Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry
  • Proven experience managing financial results and P&L responsibility
  • Ability to lead teams and develop a customer focused environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
