Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry
- Proven experience managing financial results and P&L responsibility
- Ability to lead teams and develop a customer focused environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Demonstrated integrity and accountability at the managerial level
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
