Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager
  • High school diploma preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours without breaks
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend and twist frequently
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Must complete a Culture Index survey as part of the application process

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant general manager for at least 2 years
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to drive sales and improve profitability
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations including order accuracy, cleanliness, and organization
  • Manage staffing schedules, labor costs, inventory control, and food safety compliance
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing operational efficiencies and controlling expenses
  • Foster a positive and energetic team culture that promotes employee engagement and high-quality service
  • Lead by example to motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Address and resolve customer and operational issues quickly and effectively
