Job Requirements
- Achieve and maintain occupancy levels per SSA policy
- Respond to all inquiries promptly and maintain lead tracking daily
- Spend sufficient time on each inquiry to provide necessary information
- Provide move-in packets and communicate any special resident needs
- Coordinate new resident needs with appropriate staff
- Prepare and implement marketing plans per SSA guidelines
- Focus on marketing and income-producing activities only
- Conduct outreach calls as required
- Maintain relationships with referral sources
- Complete marketing and occupancy related reports
- Conduct competitive analysis twice per year
- Maintain statistical data on occupancy and inquiries
- Train and develop staff in marketing efforts
- Provide monthly marketing training for staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing or sales preferably in senior living or healthcare sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities with ability to guide team members
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive data
- Proficiency with lead tracking systems like Yardi
- Experience in conducting outreach and networking
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to develop and implement marketing plans
- Comfortable giving training and leading staff development sessions
Job Duties
- Respond to and follow up with all inquiries promptly
- Track and maintain accurate records for all leads in Yardi on a daily basis
- Establish and maintain referral sources and networking opportunities
- Successfully close sales resulting in new move-ins to increase or maintain occupancy
- Lead and ensure a smooth move-in process for all new residents
- Prepare and implement marketing plans according to SSA guidelines
- Conduct outreach calls as required by SSA policies and procedures
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key community referral sources
- Complete competitive analysis twice per year and communicate findings
- Train and develop staff to support marketing efforts
- Provide marketing-related training to staff monthly
- Perform other duties as assigned
