Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in building and equipment maintenance
- Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
- Ability to use power and trade tools safely
- Physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Availability for on-call and emergency work
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Experience in mechanical maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
- Ability to operate various vehicles and trade tools
- Basic knowledge of maintenance trade practices

- Willingness to work on-call and after-hours
- Comfortable working at heights
Job Duties
- Maintain and repair various equipment such as automated gates, bag belt systems, fire protection systems, and automatic roll-up doors
- Operate a variety of vehicles and equipment including bucket trucks, dump trucks, pickup trucks, skid steers, and snow equipment
- Operate power tools and basic trade tools
- Identify specifics for parts and materials needed to complete tasks and coordinate with inventory control technician or outside vendors and suppliers
- Maintain and clean industrial spaces including pressure washing, painting, and debris clean-up
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Participate in snow removal teams and after-hours emergency response to various maintenance needs
- Make repairs and maintain plumbing systems
- Complete basic electrical and roof repairs
- Ability to work at heights sometimes exceeding 40 feet
