Job Requirements

Ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs on a regular basis
At least one year of experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including shift work, evenings, and weekends
Willingness to follow sanitation and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Collect and wash all dishes, cutlery, and glasses
Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use
Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use
Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash
Keep dish pit and storage areas clean and organized
Tidy up the dining area after service ends
Move tables and chairs as needed
Follow all sanitation and safety procedures
Report any damages, shortages, or complaints to management
Be a self-starter ensuring the cleanliness of back of house and surrounding areas
Contribute to a fun, energizing, and comfortable working environment as an active team member
Work a flexible schedule including shift work, evenings, and weekends
Lift trays of beverages or food items weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
Perform other duties as assigned
