Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
- Have a valid Minnesota driver’s license
- Must have a driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate professionally and positively
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working overhead
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Ability to work full-time daytime hours Monday through Friday
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning processes
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- Maintain equipment and ensure the company vehicle is loaded with housekeeping supplies
- Follow the proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Uphold company policies and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members
