This job opportunity is with an independently owned McDonald's franchise located at 111 E Highland, Jonesboro, Arkansas. While this franchisee operates using McDonald's logos and food products, it is a separate entity from McDonald's USA and is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision of employees. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous management experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to upholding the brand's quality and service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume restaurant locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and operational goals
- Knowledge of customer service standards and food safety regulations
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead a team of Department Managers and support their goal setting and progress
- Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Maintain high standards for food safety and customer satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
