This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise, separate from McDonald’s USA corporate operations. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s trademarks, logos, and food products but conducts all business, employment, and operational matters independently. This means that while the restaurant offers the renowned McDonald’s dining experience, all responsibilities for hiring, training, staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision rest solely with the franchisee. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, gaining access to an environment that values employee growth and success within the fast-food industry.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
