Job Description
This job opportunity is provided by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products to run the restaurant but is fully responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not involve itself in these processes and will not have access to any employment information submitted by applicants. This offers a unique working environment where the employee benefits from the well-known McDonald’s brand but is employed directly by a local business owner who manages the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
