Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unaided
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods, climb stairs, and work in confined spaces
- Ability to use respiratory equipment and PPE
- Availability to work after hours and on call for emergency response

Job Duties
- Follow remediation and restoration procedures for cleaning homes and customers possessions using appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment
- Assist in maintaining company equipment
- Collect and record detailed documentation of work including photographs, notes, and videos
- Communicate empathetically with property owners
- Carry out minor demolitions
