Job Qualifications

- experience in student leadership positions related to tours, orientation, or recruitment desirable
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to train and lead student staff
- experience with event planning and coordination helpful
Job Duties
- schedule and organize special group tours
- lead and train a large team of student staff on customer service and inquiry responses
- schedule student staff coverage based on event schedules and guest numbers
- assist with selection, training, scheduling, and evaluation of Blue Elite tour guides
- design and implement events and programs to support student recruitment such as True Blue 100 and Special Tours
- respond to questions and counsel prospective students and their parents
- serve as liaison with faculty, departments, and staff involved in admissions visit processes
