Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, or a related field
  • minimum of 1-2 years of ticket sales and/or service experience preferably in sports or entertainment industry
  • ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation
  • occasional standing, walking, and light lifting up to 25 pounds
  • manual dexterity for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
  • visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, and written materials
  • hearing ability to participate in meetings and telephone conversations
  • ability to travel occasionally as required by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with a strong sales focus
  • creative, detail-oriented problem-solving abilities
  • proven ability to build rapport and interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • working knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics

Job Duties

  • Exceed individual and team new business revenue goals with a focus on group and single-game suite rentals
  • establish and grow new relationships with clients for group and single-game event suites
  • manage the execution of all Fan Experience Packages including pre-game hockey tournaments, intermission performances, and national anthem performances
  • serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned account base and build strong relationships through proactive communication
  • drive additional revenue by selling upgrades, add-ons, and generating referrals
  • complete a minimum of 50 sales activities per day, with at least 20 focused on new self-prospected businesses for group and single-game suite sales
  • proactively address and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries in a calm and professional manner
