Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, or a related field
- minimum of 1-2 years of ticket sales and/or service experience preferably in sports or entertainment industry
- ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation
- occasional standing, walking, and light lifting up to 25 pounds
- manual dexterity for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
- visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, and written materials
- hearing ability to participate in meetings and telephone conversations
- ability to travel occasionally as required by business needs
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with a strong sales focus
- creative, detail-oriented problem-solving abilities
- proven ability to build rapport and interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- working knowledge of ticketing systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
Job Duties
- Exceed individual and team new business revenue goals with a focus on group and single-game suite rentals
- establish and grow new relationships with clients for group and single-game event suites
- manage the execution of all Fan Experience Packages including pre-game hockey tournaments, intermission performances, and national anthem performances
- serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned account base and build strong relationships through proactive communication
- drive additional revenue by selling upgrades, add-ons, and generating referrals
- complete a minimum of 50 sales activities per day, with at least 20 focused on new self-prospected businesses for group and single-game suite sales
- proactively address and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries in a calm and professional manner
