Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in ticketing or customer service preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide solutions quickly
Job Qualifications
- Ticketing experience or familiarity with Tickets.com system preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of events in the ticketing system
- Help fans onboard to new ticketing and loyalty platforms
- Build and manage price codes, plans, promotions, qualifiers, and holds
- Meet and exceed established annual sales goal as approved and agreed on by the AGM, Tickets and the General Manager
- Process season, group, hospitality, corporate partnership ticket orders
- Support the team with order entry, ticket fulfillment, payments, and mobile delivery
- Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Serve as a resource on game days for ticket resolution and customer service
- Execute and help with Group Sales Initiatives
- Maintain seating manifests and coordinate inventory across all ticket types
- Help fulfill internal ticketing needs including holds and ticket donation requests
- Participate in event-day box office operations and assist in overseeing part-time staff
- Support any outside events as needed
- Help execute all ticket support requests
- Other duties as assigned
