Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED diploma
- one year of customer service, administrative support, or office support experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- strong organizational skills
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ability to communicate in Spanish for relevant stations
- ability to acquire and maintain a valid SIDA badge
- may require US Customs Clearance
- available for overnight travel 10%
- must pass pre-employment drug test
- must be legally eligible to work in the US
- not eligible for visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Diploma
- one year of customer service, administrative support, or office support experience
- experience with Microsoft Excel in developing and reporting metrics
- strong organizational skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing information quickly
- ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a team environment
- ability to communicate effectively in Spanish for Spanish-speaking stations
- must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
- depending on location, may need to acquire and maintain United States Customs Clearance
- available for overnight travel (10%)
- must pass a pre-employment drug test
- must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- authorization to work in the US is required

Job Duties
- Processes and submits payroll for all hourly crewmembers on a weekly basis
- updates work schedules to ensure minimum manpower requirements are met
- posts and awards overtime slots as necessary
- creates and maintains departments filing system
- monitors office supply inventory and orders supplies
- ensures received supplies are correct and expensed appropriately
- assists Tech Ops leadership in tracking crewmembers' time and attendance
- addresses crewmembers' requests and needs professionally with follow-up
- handles meeting and event coordination
- completes return to work checklists for crewmembers returning from extended leave
- schedules, tracks and reminds crewmembers of outstanding training
- assists with company and station ID renewals
- provides administrative support to leadership
- performs other duties as assigned
