Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of event experience in planning hospitality venue management or related field
  • Experience executing events in a stadium arena hotel or large-scale venue preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer relationship development and management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously and manage time effectively
  • Must be a self-starter and goal-driven with a passion for work
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Significant experience with creative thinking and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software like Tripleseat and Social Tables is a plus
  • Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to travel between office and stadium locations within the St. Louis metro area

Job Duties

  • Lead start-to-finish execution of stadium private events delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Oversee all event logistics including setup/breakdown audiovisual production and staffing ensuring seamless execution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for event clients guiding them through the planning process
  • Uphold a high understanding of stadium procedures features and spaces to share creative event ideas
  • Own and grow a robust pipeline of prospective clients through outreach networking and sales strategies
  • Consistently exceed annual event revenue goals identifying opportunities to expand event offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional organizations to drive new event opportunities
  • Conduct hospitality-focused stadium tours and regular meetings to realize clients' visions
  • Create track and maintain proposals for prospective clients and deliver in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with preferred vendors to ensure high-quality event delivery
  • Partner with internal departments to plan and execute large-scale high-profile events
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound event inquiries providing timely and accurate communication
  • Oversee event inventory ensuring assets are organized and event-ready
  • Support event financial processes including invoicing billing and budget tracking
  • Manage match day responsibilities and other duties as assigned
