Job Duties

  • Research and prioritize activation opportunities
  • Develop targeted event strategies
  • Plan and execute trade shows and customer events
  • Manage trade show logistics including shipping and inventory
  • Maintain event calendars and deadlines
  • Coordinate communications and marketing content for events
  • Act as primary liaison among vendors, organizers, and internal teams
  • Establish event processes, run of show playbooks, and post-event follow-ups
  • Track KPIs and ROI, optimizing strategies accordingly
