Job Requirements

  • familiarity with event logistics and coordination

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or consumer activation
  • strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
  • proficiency with event tools, social media, and digital marketing platforms
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to present to executives
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • capacity to develop technical fluency related to product specifications
  • analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • research and prioritize activation opportunities for trade shows and customer events
  • develop targeted strategies to present BRP's value proposition effectively
  • create budget recommendations and business cases to demonstrate event ROI
  • lead planning and coordinate execution of high-impact events with internal teams and vendors
  • manage trade show logistics including shipping, inventory, supplies, and vendor communication
  • maintain event calendars, deadlines, and task lists to ensure smooth operations
  • assist with event communications including marketing content creation and social media postings
