Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 2+ years of related experience in scheduling, staffing, or administrative support
  • professional Food Managers certification required
  • strong attention to detail
  • proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • basic understanding of Top 9 food allergies and food safety
  • consistent attendance
  • ability to work flexible and varying schedules based on business demands

Job Duties

  • Supports Revenue Operations teams including Culinary, Food & Beverage Operations, Merchandise, and Warehouse/Shared Services by organizing daily operational tasks
  • partners with front line Team Members to inform on key operational changes to ensure seamless operation in alignment with Texas state specific requirements and Universal standards
  • works with Management to ensure Team Members are utilized in proper roles in compliance with certifications
  • assists in the compilation of department labor information for the company Flash report
  • assists Management with rotations and grid creation as needed
  • maintains and updates all collateral and menus to ensure accuracy and show quality standards
  • researches, documents, and pulls reports on Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions for accuracy, discrepancies, and routine audits
  • coordinates and communicates Veritiv audits, records and tracks all health inspections
  • assists with communicating and compiling food safety quality control of allergies to appropriate teams following all UKR and Frisco policies and regulations
  • acts as first point of contact for scheduling changes such as swaps, days off, vacation requests, callouts, special event coverage, etc
  • assists in daily operations by providing exemplary guest service
  • maintains awareness of potential service cues for positive service experiences
  • performs opening and closing duties including assisting front line Team Members, responding to escalated Guest situations, ensuring proper flow, and maintaining clean and safe environment
  • assists with overseeing training checklists and partners with Management to ensure complete training in safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service in compliance with Frisco food safety handling requirements
  • provides daily feedback on training initiatives
  • supports training new and current Team Members on policies, procedures and continuous learning initiatives
  • provides assistance with administrative functions including inventory, product assistance, sourcing, onboarding, coordinating regulatory training, compliance reporting, and audits of Frisco required licenses
  • compiles new information related to initiatives to drive revenue across the theme park
  • supports food and beverage information for special events, catering requests and private event reservations
  • communicates with partners to coordinate functions including securing space, menu options, guest numbers, pricing, and special themes
  • participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and involvement activities
  • performs other duties as assigned
