Job Requirements

  • Motivated and able to work independently
  • flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio)
  • detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • valid driver’s license
  • must meet insurance requirements to drive company/rental vehicles
  • able to sit at a computer for long periods
  • able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • assist with large shipments (lifting, bending, standing)
  • reside in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT to work on-site

Job Duties

  • Enter, review, and audit data
  • support recruitment and standards teams
  • research and suggest process improvements
  • help with swag inventory, approvals, catering, and shipping for events
  • coordinate logistics and communication across departments
  • solve problems and audit recruitment processes
  • assist with SkyWest recruitment and pathway events
  • support culture initiatives and employee recognition programs
  • conduct research and assist with special projects
  • perform other assigned tasks
