Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of three years related work experience
  • experience in promotional products industry preferred
  • familiarity with sourcing and purchasing processes
  • proficiency in ASI and SAGE software
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to use AI tools for product sourcing
  • ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • attention to detail
  • strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or three years of related work experience
  • promotional products industry experience preferred
  • familiarity with sourcing, purchasing, sales and negotiating
  • ability to source products using ASI software, SAGE software and online research
  • well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • proficiency in computer skills including AI tools
  • ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • effective prioritization and efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to understand client promotional needs and brand requirements
  • provide guidance on product options, design ideas, and strategies for branded merchandise
  • source a wide range of branded promotional products that align with client goals
  • maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms for pricing, quality and delivery
  • deliver creative product offerings aligned with current industry trends
  • work with the creative team to customize designs, coordinate art proofs, and ensure proper application of artwork and branding
  • build and prepare custom catalogs for clients
  • oversee the end-to-end process of promotional merchandise orders including consultation, order entry, follow-up and delivery
  • manage timelines and track orders to meet all project milestones
  • resolve any order-related issues professionally and promptly
  • ensure all merchandise meets company and client standards for quality, branding and functionality
  • make payments to vendors as needed
