Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in related field such as sales, hospitality, pharmaceutical, medical industry, or customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional oral and written communication and etiquette
  • Ability to manage high phone and email volume
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multitasking environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including financial calculations and advanced Excel functions
  • Ability to work within PST or MST time zones
  • Willingness to cover after-hours phone line on a rotating basis

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience in sales, hospitality, pharmaceutical, medical industry, or customer service
  • Pharmaceutical Speaker Bureau experience a plus
  • Pharmaceutical event planning experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and clear oral and written communication
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and Gmail
  • Located in or willing to work in PST or MST time zones

Job Duties

  • Manage promotional educational program databases within proprietary systems
  • Assist customer representatives with program planning budgets to meet business rules and guidelines
  • Select and confirm event venues, menus, audiovisual, and transportation arrangements
  • Coordinate payments with venues, caterers, and other vendors
  • Maintain frequent communication with sales representatives and faculty
  • Review venue contracts for accuracy and customer compliance
  • Ensure all event materials are complete and accurate
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
  • Adhere to confidentiality, sensitive communication, and intellectual property policies
  • Manage high volume of events while responding to emails and phone calls
  • Monitor and manage high volume of daily emails
  • Cover after-hours phone line 5pm-midnight on a rotating basis
