Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- At least two years of relevant experience in theatrical lighting, audio and/or sports production
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of production equipment including Grand M.A., Yamaha Audio and Ross Video
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks constantly
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Dynamic, hard-working, confident
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as required

Job Duties
- Provide preventative maintenance on production assets alongside the Production Manager
- Forecast capital and operational expenses pertaining to infrastructure and equipment repairs and/or replacement parts
- Work on capital improvement projects as well as day to day repairs of current assets
- Assist in the staffing and training of Audio 1, Audio 2 and Lighting Technicians
- Create relationships with vendor partners to stay ahead of technology advances so we can continually enhance the fan and client experience at FedExForum
- Coordinate rentals for production and event support
- Inventory and expendable ordering including asset management and invoicing
- Ability to communicate technical information to clients and non-technical staff
- Attentiveness to internal and external clients in pre-production and during events, games & meetings
- Organize, document, and communicate best practices and training on new equipment or production workflow
- Other duties as assigned
