Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong research skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with philanthropies, nonprofits, or charitable organizations
- Strong research and computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience managing annual reports and newsletters
- Ability to project manage and collaborate with virtual teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information
Job Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of global philanthropic and impact strategy
- Research and foster relationships with nonprofit organizations aligned with UFC’s charitable mission
- Support internal and external CSR reporting initiatives and ongoing management
- Update CSR documentation, including filing, presentations, and communication
- Coordinate CSR activations during fight week events, managing athlete participation
- Assist in fundraising event and program development for the UFC Foundation
- Support preparation and execution of fundraising initiatives such as raffles and silent auctions
- Travel to assigned UFC events
- Perform other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned
