Job Requirements

  • three years related parking enforcement experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience)
  • valid Utah driver’s license
  • demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills
  • must be able to pass a background review

  • knowledge of campus parking lots and buildings

Job Duties

  • serve as the primary point of contact to day to day event parking and transportation operations including online requests, emails and phone
  • prepare, organize, and maintain interdepartmental work orders
  • record, monitor, and verify required data and information into information systems
  • scheduling for front line staff in support of event parking
  • prepare special reports when needed by either department or university administration
  • assist with onboarding and offboarding of special event staff
  • interdepartmental collaboration to ensure university and commuter services policy and procedures are being met
  • other duties as assigned by manager
