Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of related experience in event or parking operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Experience with staff scheduling software such as ABI MasterMind
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and follow up on incidents

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrate knowledge of interpersonal relationships in guest services
  • Understand industry terminology, facility capabilities, and operational procedures
  • Ability to work independently using judgment and initiative
  • Work effectively under pressure and stringent schedules
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing situations
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Two years related experience or equivalent education
  • Preferred experience in event or parking operations

Job Duties

  • Maintain and update the Master Calendar for the venue
  • Manage operational budgets and monitor department expenses
  • Assist with ordering supplies such as polos, towels, and office materials
  • Prepare briefing sheets, event templates, and staffing overviews for events
  • Support internal communication tools for staff coordination
  • Utilize ABI MasterMind software for staff scheduling, pay rates, and skills management
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding seasonal staff
  • Maintain incident reports and ensure timely follow up
  • Oversee the Parking department and coordinate with guest services and security
  • Support pre-event setup and post-event breakdown activities
  • Train team members with up-to-date training documents
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking and reporting
  • Manage Milestone Camera System and Lenel Badge System operations
  • Coordinate with local parking agencies and city officials
  • Handle leases and calculations for parking sites
  • Coordinate with Metro Police Department for street closures and crosswalks
  • Manage internal parking sites and process parking passes
  • Ensure staffing levels and training completion
  • Deliver excellent guest service throughout events
