Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Experience in college athletics or professional sports ticket operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of NCAA, SEC, and institutional regulations regarding ticketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work extended hours, including holidays and weekends
  • Reliable and consistent attendance
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Experience in a college athletics or professional sports ticket office as staff, student-athlete, intern, or part-time employee
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of and compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institution rules related to ticketing
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends
  • Preferred experience with Paciolan ticketing software

Job Duties

  • Engage with existing and potential donors and season ticket holders regarding seating, parking allocation, and ticket sales
  • Manage ticket inventory and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient ticketing operations
  • Serve as the primary liaison for student ticketing, including ticket onsales setup, annual renewals, allocation, and distribution
  • Assist with responding to customer service inquiries through various channels including email, phone, ticket front desk, and gameday box office
  • Travel with sports teams as needed to support event operations
  • Maintain collegial and harmonious working relationships with colleagues
  • Ensure reliable, regular, and non-disruptive attendance
