Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • experience in college athletics or professional sports ticket office
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • willingness to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends
  • ability to travel as required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • experience in a college athletics or professional sports organization ticket office as staff, student-athlete, intern, or part-time employee
  • experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • knowledge of NCAA, SEC, and institution rules related to ticketing
  • positive and service-oriented attitude
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • highly organized and multitask oriented
  • ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed
  • preferred experience with Paciolan ticketing software

Job Duties

  • Engage and correspond with existing and potential donors and season ticket holders on seating and priority seating issues
  • manage parking allocation and adjustments related to ticketing
  • coordinate ticket inventory management with internal departments and external vendors
  • serve as primary liaison for student ticketing including setup, renewals, allocation, and distribution
  • respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, ticket front desk, and gameday box office
  • travel with sports teams as required
  • maintain collegial and harmonious working relationships with staff and stakeholders
