Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Experience in a college athletics or professional sports organization ticket office as a staff member, student-athlete, intern, or part-time employee
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Must maintain regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance
- Must be able to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships
- No workstudy position
- Legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Successful completion of background checks including criminal, sex offender registry, and potentially financial credit check
- Ability to perform constant physical activities such as hearing, talking, and manipulating items with fingers including keyboarding
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Experience in a college athletics or professional sports organization ticket office as a staff member, student-athlete, intern, or part-time employee
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of NCAA, SEC, and university rules related to ticket operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends when necessary
- Experience with Paciolan ticketing software preferred
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Engage, interact, and correspond with existing and potential donors and season ticket holders regarding seating, parking, and related ticketing issues
- Manage ticket inventory and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth ticket operations
- Serve as the primary ticket office liaison for student ticketing, handling onsales, renewals, allocation, and distribution
- Assist with responding to customer service inquiries and issues via email, phone, ticket front desk, or gameday box office window
- Travel with sports teams as needed and perform duties designated as weather/event essential
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and foster collegial, harmonious working relationships
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC, and university ticketing rules and policies
