Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience in college athletics or professional sports ticket office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel with sports events
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Experience in a college athletics or professional sports organization's ticket office as staff member, student-athlete, intern, or part-time employee
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Preferred experience with Paciolan ticketing software
  • Knowledge of and compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institution rules
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and multi-task oriented
  • Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed

Job Duties

  • Engage and correspond with existing and potential donors and season ticket holders on seating and parking issues
  • Manage ticket inventory and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Serve as primary ticket office liaison for student ticketing and related processes
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via email, phone, front desk, and gameday box office
  • Travel with sports events as needed and perform weather/event essential duties
  • Maintain reliable attendance and create harmonious working relationships
  • Ensure smooth and efficient ticketing experience for customers
