Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in testing services or related test administration
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of FERPA, ADA regulations, and testing protocols
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules concurrently
  • Proficiency with testing software and data analysis
  • Ability to travel between campuses as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in education, administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in testing services or test administration
  • Demonstrated knowledge of academic and standardized testing procedures
  • Experience in supervising or training staff
  • Familiarity with FERPA, ADA, and national testing agency standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple testing schedules
  • Proficiency with testing software and student information systems such as Banner or Canvas

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff, manage workflow, and maintain compliance with college policies, state requirements, and testing agency protocols
  • Coordinate a comprehensive array of testing services, including placement exams, health professions admissions testing, accommodated testing under ADA guidelines, make-up exams, contracted assessments, and professional proctoring services
  • Serve as a central liaison among students, faculty, staff, and external testing partners
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible testing environment that meets the diverse needs of the college community
  • Ensure consistent application of best practices and uphold academic integrity in testing
  • Maintain a clean and secure testing environment
  • Support data-informed decision-making related to testing services usage and performance
