Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift

Job Duties
- Schedule and monitor the Post Event Center spaces at the Clark Family Library
- Serve as the point person for patron reservations of Event Center spaces
- Act as the on-site coordinator for events hosted by library departments and partners
- Assist with Author Series events
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Post Event Space
- Maintain master schedule and calendar for event reservations
- Communicate event set-up and maintenance needs with staff and partners
- Provide AV and technical support for events
- Manage event timelines and staffing needs
- Handle patron communication regarding event policies and scheduling adjustments
- Assist with load-in, vendor coordination, and back-of-house event support
- Host smaller author events and introduce visiting authors on stage
- Collaborate with Events Team for large author events
- Ensure excellent customer service for event patrons
