Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Three years of administrative or bookkeeping experience
- Customer service experience with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel office programs
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects

Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of accounting principles and database management

- Prior experience as an event or catering coordinator
- Knowledge of food service operation and ordering applications within an academic learning environment
- Associate's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
Job Duties
- Plan multiple types of events to include daily food service to the North Little Rock and South Campuses, as well as scheduled catering events at all locations
- Supervise the planning and coordinating of menus for the catering of events on all campus locations
- Maintain high standards of service, quality control, hygiene, and health and safety for catering and campus dining cafes
- Work night and weekend shifts involving a flexible work schedule to accommodate events
- Assist Director and Sous Chefs to maintain systems and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving of all food and related items for all campus dining operations
- Collaborate with the Director and Sous Chefs with assessing and monitoring controls in regard to food and labor costs for efficient food service delivery for events and all food services
- Manage point-of-sale, food production recipes and inventory software systems, with recipe costing and published menus for campus dining
