Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- at least 1 year experience in admissions, event planning, customer service, or student services
- experience in higher education preferred
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with SLATE or other CRM systems preferred
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- availability to work evenings and weekends
- proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of one year experience in event coordination, admissions, or student services
- demonstrated ability to manage events of varying size and complexity
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with CRM systems such as Slate preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate campus-wide open houses
- organize audition days and admitted student programs

- manage event logistics including setup and breakdown
