Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • at least 1 year experience in admissions, event planning, customer service, or student services
  • experience in higher education preferred
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with SLATE or other CRM systems preferred
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum of one year experience in event coordination, admissions, or student services
  • demonstrated ability to manage events of varying size and complexity
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with CRM systems such as Slate preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate campus-wide open houses
  • organize audition days and admitted student programs
  • collaborate with academic departments and campus partners
  • manage event logistics including setup and breakdown
  • communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • ensure all events are student-centered and aligned with enrollment goals
  • manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks
