Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three or more years of relevant customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience in a Homeowner Association environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate positively and effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to pay attention to multiple details
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license may be required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals
  • Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly manner via phone or onsite
  • Screen members and guests for building access and issue identification cards
  • Provide information about the Club, recreation, and local events with extensive knowledge
  • Maintain daily operating procedures for opening and closing the Club
  • Monitor Club and fitness rules enforcement
  • Provide resident services and business center support including scheduling, event registration, and fee collection
  • Assist Member Services Manager with administrative tasks including mail, email, phone calls, data entry, website updates, and creating reports
  • Support the Lifestyle & Activities department by maintaining event flyers, preparing events calendar, assisting with ticket sales and advertisements
  • Create monthly Welcome Binders for new homeowners
  • Manage inventory for merchandise
  • Maintain front office equipment organization and supplies
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for members and guests
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary
