Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three or more years relative customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience in a homeowner association environment preferred
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums
  • Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently
  • Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Must demonstrate initiative with ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions
  • Must have good time management, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness is expected
  • Must be able to pay attention to multiple details and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Position requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license may be required

Job Duties

  • Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals
  • Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Screen members and guests for building access and issue identification cards
  • Provide detailed information about the Club and local events
  • Maintain daily standard operating procedures and inspect Clubhouse
  • Monitor and enforce Club and fitness rules
  • Provide resident services and business center support including copying, mailing, and scheduling
  • Assist Member Services Manager with administrative tasks like data entry, mailings, and website updates
  • Support the Lifestyle & Activities department with event flyers, calendars, ticket sales, and advertisements
  • Create monthly welcome binders for new homeowners
  • Manage inventory for merchandise and office supplies
  • Maintain organization and function of front office equipment and lobby
  • Provide a clean and safe environment for members and guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
