Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in shipping, export control/compliance, order tracking or planning/expediting
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks and processes efficiently

  • Ability to learn new tasks and processes efficiently
  • Previous coursework or seminars in export compliance, logistics or cold chain shipping is a plus
  • Experience with ERP/SAP or shipping software is beneficial
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain industry is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Complete daily tracking reports and work with internal and external logistics partners to resolve shipment issues
  • Monitor inbound and outbound US shipments and provide support documentation for customs clearance
  • Communicate with carriers and US government agencies to expedite clearance processes
  • Monitor cold chain shipments and mitigate delays
  • Identify shipment issues and engage with carriers for problem resolution
  • Assist trade compliance by reviewing and enhancing workflows and performing customer screening processes
  • Maintain communication and coordination with brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
