Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in shipping, export control/compliance, order tracking or planning/expediting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn new tasks and processes efficiently

- Previous coursework or seminars in export compliance, logistics or cold chain shipping is a plus
- Experience with ERP/SAP or shipping software is beneficial
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain industry is advantageous
Job Duties
- Complete daily tracking reports and work with internal and external logistics partners to resolve shipment issues
- Monitor inbound and outbound US shipments and provide support documentation for customs clearance
- Communicate with carriers and US government agencies to expedite clearance processes
- Monitor cold chain shipments and mitigate delays
- Identify shipment issues and engage with carriers for problem resolution
- Assist trade compliance by reviewing and enhancing workflows and performing customer screening processes
- Maintain communication and coordination with brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
