Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience assisting high profile desk in the entertainment industry preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be willing to travel and work overtime, as well as on weekends with short notice
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience assisting high profile desk in the entertainment industry preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile office environment

  • Ability to anticipate EVP’s needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the EVP, Live Events & Specials
  • Answer calls and maintain the phone sheet
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Handle copying, filing, expense reporting, and travel arrangements for the EVP
  • Coordinate and set up internal and external client meetings
  • Create and maintain daily call logs, calendars, and reports
  • Liaise between internal departments and external contacts
  • Keep schedules on track and anticipate the EVP's needs
  • Interact professionally with other support staff
  • Execute special projects as assigned
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
