Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- part-time availability with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- good team-building and leadership skills
- ability to live and model core values of honesty, integrity, respect, teamwork, and competitive spirit
- previous experience in recreation or hospitality preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- current First Aid/CPR/AED certification as required
- effective oral and written communication
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to use social media and website platforms for communication
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree preferred
- experience in recreation management or hospitality industry preferred
- background in hospitality, travel, and/or spa and wellness industry preferred
- current First Aid, CPR/AED certification as required
- computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel
- excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to respond to member needs
- demonstrate initiative and independent decision-making skills
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends with occasional travel
- valid driver's license required
Job Duties
- communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort and Golf to support company goals
- collaborate with the Club Manager to create a member program that includes monthly activities and events for recreation, enrichment, creative expression, and travel
- host club events and activities, conduct satisfaction surveys for large events
- support strategic partnerships with Shea Community Representatives to create engaging lifestyle events
- support open communication with members to share ideas
- update the member website, My Canyons Living, and social media to maintain community activity and event information
- perform other duties as assigned
