Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in recreation management or hospitality industry preferred
  • Background in hospitality, travel, or spa and wellness industry preferred
  • Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification and other safety certifications as required by the Club
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in recreation management or hospitality industry preferred
  • Background in hospitality, travel, or spa and wellness industry preferred

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to respond to the needs and requests of members, guests, and community association
  • Demonstrated initiative with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties

  • Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort and Golf to support company goals
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager to create a comprehensive member program including monthly recreation, enrichment, creative, and travel activities
  • Host club events and activities and conduct satisfaction surveys for large events
  • Support strategic partnerships with Shea Community Representatives to share information and create engaging lifestyle events
  • Facilitate open communication with members to share ideas
  • Update the member website, My Solstice Living, and social media with community activity and event information
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
