Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience handling large amounts of data and documents preferred
  • combination of experience and/or education will be considered
  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • must successfully pass a drug screen and background check
  • no sponsorship for employment authorization
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail
  • ability to follow security procedures including C-TPAT and TSA
  • ability to work independently and in a remote environment

Job Duties

  • Analyze and prepare electronic entry documents
  • analyze and key information from documents into the operating system
  • manage workflow tasks
  • document tracking
  • create entry packets by maintaining and combining electronic documents
  • file turnover preparation
  • entering billing and notes as needed
  • perform tasks according to internal and external SOPs in a timely and accurate manner
  • comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
