Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience handling large amounts of data and documents preferred
- combination of experience and/or education will be considered
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must successfully pass a drug screen and background check
- no sponsorship for employment authorization
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail
- ability to follow security procedures including C-TPAT and TSA
- ability to work independently and in a remote environment

Job Duties
- Analyze and prepare electronic entry documents
- analyze and key information from documents into the operating system
- manage workflow tasks
- document tracking
- create entry packets by maintaining and combining electronic documents
- file turnover preparation
- entering billing and notes as needed
- perform tasks according to internal and external SOPs in a timely and accurate manner
- comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
