Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Experience in event coordination or sports entertainment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
- Experience with video production or graphic design is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to work at TD Ballpark
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Daktronics or similar videoboard equipment is an asset
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Highly motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and approachable
- Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn, work hard, handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a good attitude
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for entire shift, walk throughout stadium, work in confined spaces, and variable temperatures
Job Duties
- Prepare bid lists for giveaway items working within budget
- Assist Jr Jays Kids Club and plan Saturday activations
- Create and maintain videoboard message request website
- Lead planning of Welcome Back Blue Jays event activations
- Create new videoboard graphics for Dunedin Blue Jays and Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training
- Set up and oversee PA Booth on gamedays and special events
- Prepare scripting and in-game content for Dunedin Blue Jays and Spring Training
- Schedule trainings and rehearsals with team and leadership
- Coordinate execution of pre-game ceremonies and in-game entertainment
- Produce all Spring Training and Dunedin Blue Jays home games
- Assist with MiLB TV broadcast troubleshooting
- Prepare batting practice and stadium music playlists
- Ensure concessions menus are built and loaded
- Create and edit graphic and video content for videoboard
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures
- Order supplies for PA Booth, Game Entertainment, and promotions
- Plan new in-game promotions, activations and video concepts
- Test PA equipment and update software
- Research new technology and league trends
- Attend community events and distribute collateral
- Create and maintain content on Beltrees Board
- Make website graphics and web edits as needed
